The call center hiring today has significantly increased in the Philippines. The reason according to reports is that call center companies from outside of Asia have outsourced their services to countries where it is a lot cheaper in cost.
This way, most of them discovered that Philippines is major point of venue with a large pool of professionals that can cater to the english-speaking people who vye for the services in the call center industry. While this is good news in itself in the call center hiring arena, it is best for many professionals who have trained for this type of job.
